Description

Currently the newest reference genome for mouse is GRCm38 (i.e., mm10). Basically we need GRCm38_68.fa,  GRCm38_68.fa.fai and GRCm38_68.fa.dict files to analyze the whole exome sequencing data.  (The GRCm38_68.fa.dict file should be renamed as GRCm38_68.dict if you have error)
